Michael Gross, President, Paragon Media Inc.
Having held senior-level media positions at some of the world’s largest advertising agencies, Mike’s broad and diverse client experience combined with his award-winning creativity, an involvement with online media going back to 1986, and a career-long participation in media education, makes Mike ideally suited to head up the advertising industry’s leading media training company.

For three decades, Mike has worked on over 200 brands in around 70 business and service categories ranging from large multinationals to internet startups to small, local companies.

Long before starting Paragon Media, Mike recognized the importance of career education. Of particular interest was the development of short-term media training programs designed to deliver long-term benefits. During his ad agency tenure, Mike developed and managed training programs for his agency as well as his clients. For the American Association of Advertising Agencies, Mike developed and presented a media seminar designed to improve the performance of small agency media departments. As a consultant, Mike authored the course for Adweek's well-known Media School and produced an interactive media module for marketing software developed by Management Science Associates.

Active in industry affairs, Mike was a member of two 4A’s media committees as well as the 4A’s media seminar faculty. Mike is a two-time winner of Adweek's "Creative Media Award," a winner of Inside Print's "Perfect Print Plan" competition and winner of a JWT “White Pea Award” for creativity in media.  Mike has appeared as a columnist in a number of industry publications and has been interviewed by and quoted in numerous media outlets.
