Peggy Yervanian - EVP & Director of Training Services Peggy has spent over twenty years planning and buying for clients such as Warner-Lambert, Unilever, Scott Paper Company, U.S. Marines, Reynolds Metals, U.S. Airways, Burger King, Ford Dealers Association, Levitz Furniture and many others. The former Vice President/Associate Media Director for J. Walter Thompson, New York, Peggy began her career as a local broadcast buyer for JWT Atlanta and then ran Thompson's spot buying unit in Washington, DC. Prior to forming Paragon with Mike Gross, Peggy was President of D&D Marketing & Media Services, a consulting firm with such clients as Scudder Mutual Funds, The Money Store and Sony. Well respected within the industry as an instructor, Peggy began her training career with Adweek’s Media School and has conducted training programs for the media, advertisers and ad agencies for nearly twenty years. She gives seminars on a variety of subjects including ad sales training, marketing, media planning, presentation skills and buying. As an instructor, her big-agency background coupled with running a mid-sized media management company brings together an important combination for marketers and the media. With a career path that crosses over from media buying to planning to training, Peggy is a much sought after facilitator. After spending many years on the agency side of the desk, Peggy offers invaluable advice to sales reps who are looking to make that winning sale.
